Welding performance of the plant apply welding technologies, certified by independent inspection according to EN 15614-1; EN 15614-7; EN 15614-8; ASME CODE 2013 sec IX, that enables to make welding structures of carbon, low-alloyed, heat-resistant, high-alloyed steels, bimetal, alloys with application of manual (SMAW), argon-arc (GTAW), semi-automatic in atmosphere of shielding gases (GMAW), automatic flux (SAW) welding and to make corrosion-resistant overlay welding (including brass).

Welding operations are performed by qualified welders and controllers of welding facilities, certified according to the requirements of national (НПАОП 0.00-1.16-96 – regulatory legal act on labor safety) and foreign (EN ISO 9606-1; EN ISO 14732; ASME CODE 2013 sec IX) regulatory documents.

Only materials of high quality, as well of the leading foreign manufacturers (BOHLER WELDING), are used at welding.

For automatic and overlay welding the modern welding facilities of ESAB Company are used. Automatic computer-controlled flame cutting, manual plasma cutting, flux-oxygen cutting are performed.

It enables to make welding joints, ensuring requirements on quality according to the corresponding regulatory documents.
